Most of us are trying to get a read on this year's Buckeye team and where they will end up in January. Some are looking forward to the 2010 class and what new recruit might commit. Coach Tressel is working on his 2011 recruiting class. On Thursday defensive end Steve Miller (Canton, Ohio/McKinley) committed to the Buckeyes over scholarship offers from Notre Dame, Florida, West Virginia, Stanford, Tennessee, UCLA, Nebraska, Michigan State and Purdue, among others. The 6-foot-5, 220-pounder made 116 tackles, including six sacks during his sophomore season. He has 78 tackles and eight sacks in seven games this season.
The Buckeyes also have a verbal commitment from defensive end Kenny Hayes (Toledo, Ohio/Whitmer).
